Previous business knowledge or experience is not always a prerequisite for success in case interviews. We do strongly recommend, however, that you familiarize yourself with standard methods for solving cases. You can find relevant case interview prep material here.

FACILITATED CASE INTERVIEW PRACTICE
For our case interview workshops, coordinators will help form pairs based on level of experience, so you are not required to come with a partner. A standard case takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. You will give and receive a case during the workshop, so one session lasts up to 90 minutes. We will send out one case to each attendee the day before the workshop. Preparing a case at home should take about 10 minutes; usually there is no single right answer, just good "pointers" to structure conversation.
BEHAVIOR & FIT QUESTIONS
Our consulting group will coordinate workshops to practice behavioral and fit interview questions. This type of interview deals with questions such as, "Tell me about a time when you exhibited leadership" or "Tell me about a time when you failed". During our fit workshops, coordinators will focus on tips on how to adequately prepare for behavioral questions to stand out from other candidates.
